This special program is available to a maximum
of four graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) from each class at selected
colleges and universities as determined by faculty recommendation.

| Objective |
To extend support for new entrepreneurs
in their first venture with an initially free office in buildings managed by Cummings
Properties. The company operates more than eight million square feet of first-class
commercial space in ten communities north of Boston. |
| Program |
Entrepreneurs may occupy up to 600 square feet of first class office space for a period of one year according to the following rent schedule:
Leases typically include electricity, heat/air conditioning, maintenance and abundant free daytime parking. High speed internet access is available on site. At the end of the one year term, entrepreneurs may either continue to lease space at market rates or move out. At any time during the one year term an entrepreneur may “trade-up” to larger offices without giving up the incubator discount above. Entrepreneurs will join a thriving business community at Cummings Center, Beverly or West Cummings Park, Woburn.
