Jim Gillette
Purchasing Manager
Jim runs the Purchasing Department, which procures all materials and subcontractors required for seamless operations across the Cummings portfolio. The team he oversees handles the research, bidding, and purchasing of all supplies—from paperclips and bolts to steel, concrete, solar panels, and vehicles—that are needed to fulfill the Company's commitments to its leasing clients.
In the years before he joined Cummings Properties in 1991, Jim owned and operated both a small family-run restaurant and a general contracting company specializing in residential construction.
Originally from Malden, he raised his three daughters in Andover, where he resided for 25 years. Jim currently lives with his wife in Ipswich. He enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and golfing.
