Erica Wright
Operations Manager
Erica is co-leader of the Operations Department. She supervises account managers, providing guidance as they service nearly 700 client firms with the ultimate goal of retention. In this role, she strategizes creatively with her team to assist with lease transactions and business decisions. She also oversees Cummings' affiliated Executive Suites business unit. Thirty-three buildings—a third of the Cummings portfolio—fall under her purview.
Erica joined the Company in 1999, after graduating from UMASS Amherst, and has since taken on leadership roles in both the Leasing and Operations Departments.
She lives in Lynnfield with her husband, Dennis, and son, Connor. In her spare time, she can be found relaxing at her beach home, enjoying time with friends and family, or cheering on Connor at a hockey tournament.
