Facilities Maintenance

Woburn, MA

Primary responsibilities:

• Respond to service calls for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and light carpentry maintenance
• Troubleshoot and make repairs
• Property maintenance

The preferred candidate will possess:

• Facilities maintenance experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

Required qualifications:

• Ability to work independently
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong communication skills

The hourly rate range is $30 - $40 based on experience.
