Watch Staff – Third Shift

Are you interested in a full-time position with a financially stable company located on the North Shore? Cummings Properties is seeking a bright, hard-working individual with a professional and helpful demeanor to join our watch staff team at Cummings Center in Beverly.

The schedule is third shift, five days a week, and may include weekends. Overtime opportunities are frequently available.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Monitor activity at Cummings Center and other Cummings buildings
  • Assist clients and visitors with inquiries and directions
  • Interact with local police and fire departments, as needed

The preferred candidate will possess:

  • Though not required, prior security guard, military, or law enforcement experience is valued

Required qualifications:

  • Three years of related experience
  • Have a MA driver’s license and reliable transportation, with residency in the greater Beverly area
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
  • Spoken and written fluency in English

The hourly rate range is $26 - $30, depending on experience.
