Account Manager

Beverly

Ready to break free from the desk and dive into the fast-paced world of commercial real estate? If you’ve got experience in client relations, property management, commercial leasing, or business-to-business sales – or a keen interest in these areas – we’d like to hear from you.

As an Account Manager at Cummings Properties’ 2+ million square foot Cummings Center campus in Beverly, no two days will be the same. You’ll connect with a diverse range of clients—from international corporations to local entrepreneurs—and develop long-lasting relationships built on trust. Your role will be that of a strategic partner, working alongside key decision-makers to ensure satisfaction while identifying new growth opportunities.

Cummings Properties is a stable, well-established company, offering extensive in-house resources such as design, construction, and property management. You’ll collaborate with a broad range of talented professionals to deliver exceptional service and meet clients’ needs.

This is a self-directed role, so you’ll have the independence to manage your time, but you’ll also be part of a supportive team. Here’s a look at what a typical day might entail:

  • Meeting with clients to get to know their business goals, understand their expansion or leasing needs and identify the perfect commercial real estate space.
  • Collaborating with our design team to oversee space build-outs and ensure all client requirements are met.
  • Addressing facility issues, managing maintenance requests with on-site field staff, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
  • Negotiating lease terms and renewals, balancing client satisfaction with company goals for profitability.
