As an Associate Leasing and Account Manager at Cummings Center in Beverly, you’ll work with an experienced, dynamic team serving the diverse real estate needs of more than 600 North Shore businesses. You’ll learn the business from the ground up and interface with internal resources in client management, leasing, design, and construction, as well as clients ranging from local entrepreneurs to international corporations.

Here’s a snapshot of what your day-to-day will look like:
Business Development: Handle Facebook and social media outreach, identify potential new leasing clients and attend networking events to develop connections and new business leads.
Leasing Support: Initiate and field phone calls and emails, schedule and conduct space tours, track and follow up on leads, and negotiate leases to align with client needs and company goals.
Client Service: Assist account managers with client interaction, requests and engagement initiatives. Assist with facility management and special projects as assigned.
Document preparation: Review lease files and database information; draft lease documents, work orders, and design requests to support the team’s leasing and client service efforts.
Collaboration: Work closely with fellow account service and leasing team members, design, construction, and legal professionals to ensure that client needs and internal goals are met.
What You’ll Bring:
A BA/BS degree.
Two to three years of experience in business-to-business sales, commercial leasing, client relations, or professional services.
A strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Experience with negotiation in any industry.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain a high level of organization.
A problem-solving mindset, especially with regards to facility maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
Drive and enthusiasm for client success, backed by a solid work ethic and emotional intelligence.
