Licensed journeyman or master plumbers are encouraged to apply to Cummings Properties for this full-time opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install natural gas piping for HVAC systems, lab facilities, clean rooms, restaurants, and commercial kitchens
  • Install commercial plumbing systems for general office and medical office space
  • Install acid waste systems to support technical lab space

Job Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of fire-sprinkler and special waste systems is not required, but helpful
