As a Technical Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering medium to large-scale, user-specific fit-up projects. These projects span industries from office to laboratory, medical, food service, and precision manufacturing. This is your chance to lead from concept to completion, working on projects that make a real impact, with one of the region’s most respected and financially stable real estate firms.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Design & Build Projects: Manage technical fit-up projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution across all phases.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with prospects and internal leasing, construction, and engineering teams to create spaces tailored to user needs.
  • Coordinate Systems: Outline and manage critical systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing to ensure optimal functionality for each project.
  • Drive Innovation: Help develop feasibility studies, estimates, renderings, and marketing materials to present solutions to clients.
  • Support in All Phases: Be involved in everything from initial concept development to construction administration and final handover.

Who You Are:

  • You have 6-8 years of experience in architectural design, particularly in technical facility design, with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • You’re proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • You’re an independent worker but also thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Your attention to detail is unparalleled, and you always strive to deliver timely, cost-effective design solutions.
  • You bring a positive, “can-do” attitude and possess strong communication skills, both written and graphic.
