Welcome to the latest Cummings Life Sciences Update.
As Kirsner notes, all three COVID-19 vaccines approved for emergency use here in the U.S. have ties to Boston. Important new drugs are in development, venture capital and equity funding for the health sciences industry is on a roll, and the local area market is still red hot for lab space.
Cummings continues to be a commercial real estate leader in the north suburbs, particularly with the growth of our Dunham Ridge campus in Beverly. Scientific and medical advances happening within Cummings campuses include breakthrough work in the areas of SARS-CoV-2 virus vaccines, genetic therapies, specialty pharmacy and pharmacy genomics, biomedical devices and hardware, and more.
Read on for the latest news from our clients and the industry.
