WOBURN, Mass. (February 19, 2026) – Lumin Health has opened a 4,600-square-foot outpatient treatment center at TradeCenter 128 in Woburn. The custom-built clinic is the company’s fourth location—and its northernmost—in greater Boston.
Co-founded in 2021 by Gene Dolgin and Dr. Benjamin Yudkoff, Lumin Health specializes in next-generation ketamine therapies for treatment-resistant depression and related mental health conditions. In addition to Woburn, the practice operates clinics in Newton, Cambridge, and Brookline.
Cummings Properties senior leasing director Mike Truesdale negotiated the lease with Josh Kulak and Katrina Giotsas, of CBRE.
“Lumin Health is experiencing rapid growth, and TradeCenter 128 offers an excellent opportunity to expand into a new market,” said Truesdale. “The property’s high-end setting, ample covered parking, and location near the I-95/I-93 junction provide exceptional convenience for patients traveling from throughout the northern suburbs.”
As part of the agreement, Cummings’ in-house design and construction teams completed an extensive custom buildout, including enhanced electrical capacity and specialized finishes tailored to the practice’s clinical and aesthetic requirements.
“The Lumin Health team came to us with a clear vision for the space,” added Truesdale. “Working closely with their design firm, our design-build teams delivered a treatment center that supports both the technical demands and the intended patient experience.”
Lumin Health joins a range of wellness providers at TradeCenter 128, including Avant Lasik, Boston Spine and Scoliosis, Sonobello, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, Ear Nose & Throat Consultants, Mind Soul Wellness, and Symmetry Sports.
TradeCenter 128 offers fully built out first-class space for a wide range of commercial uses, including corporate offices, laboratories, healthcare facilities, retail storefronts, and executive suites.
